Material cutting errors have been reduced from 2mm to 0.5mm, and ten-station robotic welding has achieved a first-pass weld inspection pass rate of ≥99%. Controller testing has also jumped from 90% manual to 100% automated, significantly improving electronic control reliability, ushering in a "zero-defect" era for three-wheeled vehicle manufacturing.
