Many people think "painting" is just giving a tricycle a colorful coat, but real rust-proofing is a two-layer armor: a phosphate film plus electro-static powder. Our factory does the whole job in one go: first the steel takes a "bubble bath"-after degreasing and derusting it dips into a zinc-phosphate tank, growing microscopic "anti-slip spikes" that let the powder grip the metal tightly. Next, a high-voltage spray gun "magnetizes" the powder onto every corner of the frame, and a high-temperature bake melts it into a seamless 100 µm "plastic steel shell." In the same salt-spray chamber, ordinary paint rusts in 200 hours, while our cargo box still shines after 500 hours, doubling or even tripling vehicle life. In short: others brush on paint; we dress the vehicle in rust-proof armor.
