Electric Refrigerated three-wheeled truck adopts a split structure of "cab - refrigerated compartment - chassis". The compartment and chassis are connected by quick-install buckles, and the installation time for a single person is ≤15 minutes.Refrigerated three-wheeled truck is equipped with dual power modules of fuel (150cc gasoline engine) and electric (48V lithium battery). The Refrigerated three-wheeled truck has a range of 300km and a fuel consumption of 3.2L per 100km.
Refrigerated three-wheeled truck has a range of 120km and an energy consumption cost of 0.1 yuan per kilometer (only 1/3 of that of a fuel vehicle). It is suitable for short-distance delivery within an average daily distance of "80km" in urban communities, and complies with the "green pass" policy of more than 30 cities.

Product Features and Applications
- All six sides of the electric refrigerated three-wheeled truck are insulated with a 50mm thick polyurethane foam layer (density ≥ 40kg/m³) and equipped with food-grade silicone sealing strips (temperature resistance range -40°C to 80°C).
- Electric Refrigerated three-wheeled truck is equipped with a small, fully enclosed compressor with a displacement of 8-12cc (power of 0.8-1.2kW), and the evaporator air volume is designed to be ≥ 300m³/h.
- Electric Refrigerated three-wheeled truck implements SPC (Statistical Process Control) and real-time data monitoring of key processes. The process capability index (CPK) is ≥ 1.33, ensuring that the cooling speed variation within the same batch of refrigerated tricycles is ≤ 5 minutes and the insulation performance variation is ≤ 10%.
- Electric Refrigerated three-wheeled truck must brake within 7 meters at a speed of 30 km/h, and the front and rear wheel braking force distribution ratio must be maintained at 1:0.9-1:1.1 to prevent braking deviation and rollover.
- Electric Refrigerated three-wheeled truck must obtain e-mark certification to enter the EU market and meet DOT certification for the North American market.
