Product Qualification
The factory has planned a dedicated assembly line, which is specifically divided into operating positions such as frame assembly, power system integration, cockpit assembly, and final vehicle debugging. At the first station of the assembly line, the frame is first positioned and fixed, and then the chassis components such as suspension and brakes are assembled in sequence. The assembly process is as follows: At the power system station, the engine (drive motor for electric models) and battery pack are installed on the frame. At the same time, the wiring harness and pipeline laying work is carried out (fuel pipelines are laid for fuel tricycle models, and circuit pipelines are laid for electric tricycle models). Then, at the cockpit station, the cockpit structure that has been welded and painted is combined and installed with the frame with the help of connectors (such as bolts, brackets, etc.). After that, the cockpit cover, locks, and hydraulic support columns (if the model is equipped with automatic loading and unloading functions) and other parts are assembled. The remaining stations are responsible for operations such as tire installation, headlight assembly, and seat fixing. The assembly of the entire vehicle is completed through the orderly advancement of each link.
